How to Organise Your Reports in Folders

Updated

Short answer

Open My documents in the left sidebar. Click + next to Folders, name the folder, pick a colour and click Create folder. Then click the folder icon on any report (Move to folder) and choose where it goes. You can also pick a folder under Save to folder in Scan options before you run a check.

Create a folder

  1. Sign in to the web app and click My documents in the left sidebar.
  2. Next to Folders, click + (New folder).
  3. Type a name — for example “Research Papers” — choose a colour and click Create folder.

Move a report into a folder

  1. In My documents, find the report in the list.
  2. Click its folder icon (Move to folder).
  3. Pick a folder, or Unfiled to take the report out of its folder. You’ll see Moved to folder or Removed from folder.

To file a report as you create it, choose a folder under Save to folder in the Scan options panel before you click Scan now. It’s optional — leave it on No folder to skip.

Find reports quickly

  • All reports shows everything; click a folder to see just its reports.
  • Use the search box (Search … reports) to find a report by name.
  • Sort by Most recent, Name (A→Z) or Score.

Rename or delete

  • Rename a folder — double-click its name, type the new name and press Enter.
  • Delete a folder — click its trash icon (Delete folder). The reports inside aren’t deleted; they become unfiled.
  • Rename a report — click the pencil icon (Rename) on its row.
  • Delete a report — click the trash icon (Delete report). This is permanent and can’t be undone.

The Reports page

Reports in the sidebar lists every check with its status — Completed, Processing, Pending, Partial or Failed — its scores and when it ran. Each row’s More options menu (⋯) has View report, Download PDF, Rename, Copy link and Delete. See How to share a report or download a PDF.
